Avatar: Fire and Ash Worldwide Box Office Update – James Cameron’s Epic Nears $1.5 Billion Milestone

Avatar: Fire and Ash Worldwide Box Office Update:  Avatar: Fire and Ash, directed by James Cameron, continues to make waves at the global box office as it completes eight weeks in theatres. As of February 14, 2026, the third installment in the Avatar franchise has earned an impressive $1.442 billion worldwide, putting it close to the major $1.5 billion milestone.

The film has collected around $393.3 million in North America and a massive $1.048 billion from international markets. China has emerged as the biggest overseas contributor, generating nearly $611 million alone, while India has also delivered strong numbers with more than ₹235 crore gross across multiple languages. Premium formats like 3D and IMAX have played a huge role, accounting for about 66% of total earnings.

Although the film’s performance is massive by industry standards, it currently ranks as the lowest-grossing entry compared to Avatar and Avatar: The Way of Water. Still, it has already entered the list of the top 20 highest-grossing films of all time, surpassing several blockbuster titles.
