Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 42: The historic box office run of Dhurandhar continues unabated even after six weeks in theatres. Led by Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, the film has completed 42 days at the box office and is still performing strongly despite fresh releases and seasonal competition.
On Day 42, Dhurandhar earned approximately ₹3 crore in India. With this, its India net collection stands at ₹869.40 crore, while the film’s worldwide gross has crossed ₹1,300 crore. The film continues to attract audiences with an average 18% occupancy across 2,289 shows, an impressive figure for its seventh week.
With its Day 41 performance, Dhurandhar officially surpassed the lifetime India collection of KGF: Chapter 2 (₹859.7 crore), becoming the third highest-grossing film in Indian box office history. Only Pushpa 2 (₹1,265.97 crore) and Baahubali 2 (₹1,031 crore) remain ahead. The film is now just ₹30 crore away from the ₹900 crore India milestone, which trade experts expect it to cross easily due to the absence of major releases until January 23.
Earlier in its run, Dhurandhar emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025, surpassing Kaantara Chapter 1 within just 18 days. It also became the highest-grossing A-rated Indian film worldwide, overtaking Animal (2023), and the highest-grossing Hindi film ever in India, beating films like Jawan, Stree, and Chhaava.
Overseas, the film has created history by becoming the highest-grossing Indian film in the US and Canada, earning around $21 million, surpassing the previous record held by Baahubali 2. Globally, it has moved past RRR to rank as the fourth highest-grossing Indian film worldwide.
Despite losing an estimated ₹100–150 crore due to its ban in Gulf countries, Dhurandhar remains one of the most consistent and successful Indian theatrical runs ever, firmly re-establishing Ranveer Singh’s box office dominance.
