IOC Q3 Results 2026: State-owned oil giant Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) has officially locked in the date for announcing its Q3 FY26 results, adding another key update to the ongoing October–December earnings season.
The company informed stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet early next month to review and approve the financial performance for the December 2025 quarter.

As per the regulatory filing, the board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026. During the meeting, Indian Oil will consider and approve its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
Although the company has not disclosed the exact announcement time, market experts expect the results to be released around 4:00 PM, in line with IOC’s earlier earnings announcements.

Trading Window Closure Update
Indian Oil also confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its securities remains closed for all designated insiders. The restriction, which began on January 1, 2026, will continue until Saturday, February 7, 2026, ensuring compliance with insider trading regulations.
Indian Oil Q2 FY26 Performance
In the previous quarter, IOC delivered a strong recovery, posting a consolidated net profit of ₹7,817.55 crore, compared with a loss of ₹169.58 crore in the year-ago period. Profit also rose 14.7% sequentially from Q1 FY26. Total income climbed close to 4% YoY to ₹2.07 lakh crore, supported by steady growth in revenue from operations.

Ahead of the Q3 results, Indian Oil shares ended Friday’s session at ₹161.30 on the BSE, gaining 1.41%, reflecting positive investor sentiment.
