Sunny Leone Kennedy OTT Release: After a long wait, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s much-discussed noir thriller Kennedy is finally ready to reach Indian audiences on OTT.
The A-rated film, which stars Sunny Leone and Rahul Bhat in lead roles, will begin streaming in India on February 20, 2026.
It has now been officially confirmed that ZEE5 has acquired the exclusive streaming rights of the film in India. This marks the first time Kennedy will be legally available to Indian viewers, nearly three years after its international debut.
The film made its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023, where it was screened under the prestigious Midnight Screenings section. At Cannes, Kennedy received strong critical appreciation for its dark atmosphere, gritty storytelling, and intense performances—especially Rahul Bhat’s portrayal of a conflicted undercover cop.
Later, the film was also showcased at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival, where it further strengthened its reputation as one of Kashyap’s boldest and most uncompromising works in recent years.
Before this OTT deal, Kennedy was available only on the Letterboxd Video Store, which limited access for Indian audiences. With its ZEE5 release, the film is expected to reach a much wider viewership.

Kennedy is produced by Zee Studios, along with producers Ranjan Singh and Kabir Ahuja. The film’s music is composed by Boyblanck and Aamir Aziz, adding to its raw and haunting mood.
With its dark themes, noir style, and A-rated certification, Kennedy is set to be one of the most talked-about OTT releases of early 2026.
